While twitter did not have any reactions for me, I sure had some for it.

*Note to the readers*

Well Hello, I’ve been in deep meditation contemplating the inner workings of these “blog” things and how one is to use them in a said, “professional manner.” Being that I use this blog for promotion of my Illustration work in said way, I have come to the conclusion that I don’t really show my interests. Well John and or Jane Reader from Reading, Massachusetts, IS IT YOUR LUCKY DAY! My interests are what inspire my work that you sometimes see. So why shouldn’t I share with you what I enjoy?  Well now I am, in the forms of news, tech, social medianess, crypto zoology and anything else I see fit.

That is all.

The Classic Espresso – Final

2010 January 10

Now this one I feel great about. Like…”really great…go ahead and hit me.”
I’m enjoying layering all these colors and mirroring them back and forth, gives the work some depth. Throughout my school career, including high school, my teachers would tell me to stay away from writing, but they didn’t say anything about lettering.
Not something I’m used to doing but I’m quickly becoming a fan of it.

Yes, that is indeed a frosted Christmas tree on fire. Every Christmas we frost sugar cookies, but I usually get bored.

Chadcovino.com “20X” online

2009 December 20
by Chad C.

It’s been in the works for some time now but it’s done and I for one am pretty excited. It’s the redesign of my website just in time for the new year, code named “20X.”
It’s got a crisp new look and flies like a steel red saucer sprayed with Teflon over a field of snow.

Many thanks to my good pal James, He’s a real stand up guy and I couldn’t have done it without him.

*Side Note*
Feel free to start saying next year as “20X.” Really makes it sound futuristic, I know I will be!

Red Cardinal Illustration

2009 September 10
by Chad C.

I spent a fair bit of time tinkering with this one, went with less black, more shades of color and layered my inks.  For sale on my Imagekind page.

I think my favorite part are his feet.
