Hyper Kinetic Hanging Illustrations…batman?

I’ve bet you said “This guys blog must be buttah, cause he’s on a roll!” Then I closed up shop for a bit for all the framing and printing I had to do. But now I’m back and SOUPS ON from May 27th to June 29th at Uncommon grounds on Church Street in Burlington!

OM NOM NOM!

Well I wasn’t gone for that long, maybe a week. A while back…a while being September, I went into this coffee house galleria place and dropped off a card. Then one day, one day being sometime in April I get a call from the owner saying she wanted me to hang up some work. You can bet your bottom dollar little annie that I said “Sure, sounds like fun…wowee wow wow.”

Fishing line…and stick tack is what I used. I lucked out BIG TIME when I was hanging my work. I met the other artist hanging up work on the wall next to mine and just as I said to myself, “wish I had some stick tack.” BOOM!! She swings in and says “heres the rest of what I was using it!” I knew there were good people left in this world. She saved me really. So if you’re reading this, thanks a lot!

Also I’d like to say thanks to Kelly at Minute Man press in Montpelier who did a bang up job on my prints.

So like always:

lol well, not exactly. I took over half the room while another lady who does mono prints is on the other wall. Took me 2 hours to hang it up cause I made everything the wrong height…
